The Daihatsu Gran Max is a minivan and pick-up car launched by Daihatsu Indonesia In 2007, Gran Max was the replacement of highly succesfull Hijet Espass as it's predecesor. It is based on the newest Hijet platform (front wheels located forward of the door). It is powered by 1300 cc and 1500 cc engines, wider and longer than the kei car based Hijet.
