BMW X3 xDrive20d and xDrive20i series that are assembled in Indonesia rolling out assembly plant PT Gaya Motor, Sunter, North Jakarta. The car is following in the footsteps of BMW 3 Series, 5 Series and X1 which had already assembled in the country.

The good news is after assembled Semi Knock Down (SKD) in Indonesia, the BMW X3 prices dropped IDR 10 million. BMW X3 xDrive20d is now priced at IDR 818 million before taxes in Jakarta.
BMW X3 xDrive20d carrying the 2,000 cc four-cylinder common rail injection turbochager. This machine is able to produce power 184 hp at 4,000 rpm and 380 Nm of torque at 1750 to 2750 RPM.
Besides introducing the BMW X3 xDrive20d, PT BMW Indonesia also launched the BMW X3 xDrive20i. The new car first entered Indonesia and assembled in Indonesia's direct cost IDR 828 million before taxes.
BMW X3 xDrive20i carries the latest engine with Valvetronic Twinscroll tubocharger Double VANOS and High Precision Injection that can produce 184 hp at 5000 RPM and 270 Nm of torque between the spout 1250-4500 RPM. The machine is claimed only takes 8.6 seconds for the shot up to 100 km / h.
BMW X3 offers more driving feel thanks to engine technology. While it provides comfort in the passenger cabin. Both cars are assembled in Indonesia along with the BMW X3 xDrive35i teringgi models that are fully imported line-up would strengthen the X3 in the country.
