Built to preview an upcoming production model, the concept has an aerodynamic body kit, a lowered sports suspension, a dual exhaust system and 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin features Recaro sport seats and high contrast trim.
Power comes from a 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine with 180 PS (132 kW / 177 hp) and 240 Nm (177 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a six-speed manual transmission which enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than 7 seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 220 km/h (137 mph). Ford also says the Fiesta will be fuel efficient and have CO2 emissions of less than 140 g/km.
